The Republic of Dreams

Are you go ing on the trail too? Are you go ing or coming back? Do you have a map? What is your dream? Are you near or far? Meeting her own desires, Zofia – the character of the monodrama – goes on an inner journey to Schulz’s Republic of Dreams. She stops for a while in a wild hut. Will she meet the man with sky-blue eyes on his way? The script of the play is based on a report of one of the authors’ journey to Finnish Lapland, the true stories of people living there and the prose of Bruno Schulz.
